Pro kit · pre-order · not built yet

The heavy folder. Reserve it free.

Everything on LockoutCase today stays free: the route quiz, the letters, the evidence log and the deadline tracker. Pro is planned for people who have decided to file in small claims on their own. Leave your email and we tell you when it opens.

LockoutCase Pro

$49 one-off, when it opens

For one locked Page, ad account or Instagram profile that you are taking further.

  • The case file PDF without the preview watermark, laid out the way court self-help pages describe (check your own court’s filing rules): cover sheet, contents, chronology, exhibit index, your screenshots as Exhibit A, B, C.
  • The loss worksheet as an itemised claim PDF, with each line tied to an exhibit.
  • State small-claims filing notes and service steps, linked to each court’s own self-help page.
  • A hearing-day checklist and a one-page summary for the judge.
  • Email deadline reminders for 12 months, with a ready-made chaser when a reply deadline passes.
  • A review checklist to take to an attorney if you hire one.

How the pre-order works

  • Pro is not built yet. We are taking free reservations to see whether enough people want it.
  • When it opens you get one email with the price you reserved at. You decide then; reserving does not commit you to anything.
  • LockoutCase is a self-help tool, not a law firm. Pro helps you organise and file your own case. It cannot get your account back or promise a result in court.

Full terms: pre-orders and sign-ups privacy.

Need a lawyer instead?

If your losses are large, or Meta pushes the case into arbitration, an attorney may be worth it. Look for one licensed in your state through your state bar’s lawyer referral service.
