The appeal button said no. Open a case file.
A free, step-by-step kit for business owners locked out of Meta: which route fits you, the letters to send, the evidence to keep and the deadlines to watch. No passwords, no sign-up, nothing leaves your browser.
Form LC-1 · Route quiz
Five boxes. One plan you can act on today.
Answer what you know. The plan lists only steps you can take yourself, in order, with the official links.
Your route plan
General information based on your answers, not legal advice. LockoutCase is not a law firm, and every step is one you choose whether to take.
How a case file comes together
Paper beats panic.
Most people lose weeks clicking “appeal” and waiting. A dated paper trail is what every real route asks for: a court, a data-protection regulator, or an out-of-court review body.
- Day 0
Freeze the facts
Screenshot the notice, the appeal and every email. Log dates and reference numbers.
- Day 1–3
Send the right letter
A GDPR access request in the EU and UK, or a pre-suit demand letter in the US.
- Day 14–30
Watch the clock
The tracker works out demand windows and the one-month GDPR deadline and gives you a calendar file to add.
- After that
Escalate on paper
Small claims in the US; the DPC or ICO in Europe; Appeals Centre Europe for rejected EU appeals.

Is this legal advice?
No. LockoutCase is a self-help tool, not a law firm, and it is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. It explains public routes and helps you write your own letters.
Will this get my account back?
Nobody can promise that, and you should distrust anyone who does. What the kit gives you is an organised record and self-help letter templates you edit and send yourself.
Do you need my password or login?
Never. Do not give your password or a 2FA code to anyone, including “recovery services”. Meta does not sell reinstatements. Its paid Meta Verified subscription adds chat and email support from human agents for active subscribers, and Meta’s own Meta Verified support page lists the issues it covers; it does not promise to restore a disabled account.
Where is my information stored?
Only in this browser (localStorage). Nothing you type into the tools is sent to a server. Clear it any time from the evidence page. The one exception: if you reserve Pro, we store the email you give us (details).
I’m in the EU. Does small claims apply?
The kit points EU and UK users to a GDPR access request first, then a complaint to the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) or the ICO (UK), and Appeals Centre Europe for rejected moderation appeals.
What does it cost?
The quiz, letters, evidence log and deadline tracker are free. A paid Pro kit is planned ($49 for one case, $149 for up to 5). You can reserve it for free; nothing is charged until it opens.
